    The authorized badminton clubs and assessment committees will not be held responsible for any of the following: due to natural disasters, workers’ strikes, natural disasters, government intervention, turmoil, or any unforeseen and authorized badminton clubs or assessment committees cannot control them. The authorized badminton club or assessment committee cannot perform its duties. The evaluation committee or its client will not compensate for loss caused by staff, examiners, or the examination room's failure to perform the rules, policies, or procedures of the exam. All fees paid are not reimbursed nor transferred to others or transferred for other examinations or other purposes.

   
The personal data of the applicant/candidate is used by the Badminton Hierarchy Examination Board and the examination organization to provide examination and assessment services. The applicant/candidate may decide at his discretion whether to provide the required personal data. However, if all the required information is not provided or if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided, the Badminton Level Examination Committee may therefore refuse to accept the application or refuse to provide all or part of the examination and assessment services. The personal data submitted may also be used for the following purposes: (1) Assisting institutions of higher learning, government or public organizations in processing applications for admission; (2) Providing information at the request of institutions of higher learning, government or public organizations to assist in the processing of scholarship applications; ( 3) At the request of institutions of higher learning, government or public organizations, provide information to assist candidates in verifying their qualifications for grant applications. In this case, the Badminton Level Examination Board will disclose the required personal data to relevant agencies; (4) Respond legally (5) Handle refunds or payments for any relevant examinations; and (6) Conduct educational research and analysis by anonymous and without revealing the identity of candidates.

According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Regulations, any person who can prove the identity of the data subject to the Badminton Hierarchy Examination Committee may, after paying the relevant fee, submit an application to the Badminton Hierarchy Examination Board for the purpose of accessing his personal data. Under normal circumstances, within a reasonable period of time after the end of the examination, the Badminton Level Examination Board will transfer all relevant information to the examination authority that has the full processing power of the data. If necessary, applicants/examinees can apply directly to their testing organizations for access to their personal data or relevant data processing policies.
